PURCHASING A GIFT CARD – FAQ’S

  1. HOW DO I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?
    Click on the “Buy a Card” button at the top of our webpage or click this direct link: https://www.goplaygolf.com/Purchase

    Card Options include
    • Physical Gift Card: This can be mailed directly to you or to the recipient. If we receive your order before 11:30 AM EST, your order will be shipped the same day. If we receive your order after 11:30 AM EST, your order will ship the next business day.
      • Gift Boxes: You have the option to add a gift box to your Physical Gift Card Order. We offer a variety of gift box options from Standard to Essentials V. Please click Golf Gift Boxes at the top of the page or use the direct link to view all available options and prices: https://www.goplaygolf.com/gift-boxes/
    • Digital E-gift Card: This can be emailed to you or directly to the recipient. The e-card can be sent immediately, or a future delivery date can be set.
  2. CAN I SEND THE GIFT CARD WITHOUT PURCHASING THE ADDITIONAL GIFT BOX OPTIONS?
    Yes. During the purchase process you will be given the option to Choose a Gift Box, please click the green “No Thanks” button on the right-hand side of the options. If you opt not to purchase a gift box, your gift card will be adhered to an 8.5” x 11” golf themed stationary. Your name, the recipient’s name, and your personal message will also be printed on this stationary.

  3. CAN I SEND THE GIFT CARD TO MYSELF?
    Yes. You can have either gift card option (Physical or Digital) sent directly to you, giving you the option to deliver the gift to the recipient personally. For Physical Cards, simply type in your address in the “Mail Card To:” box in the checkout area. For Digital Cards, enter your e-mail address in the “To:” section.

  4. IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MUCH I CAN PURCHASE?
    Yes. The maximum amount any one gift card can hold is $2,000.00 This also includes consolidated card totals as well.

  5. WHO CAN I CONTACT IF I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH MY GIFT CARD?
    We would be happy to assist you with any issues regarding your Go Play Golf gift card. Please contact us directly at CustomerService@goplaygolf.com. Please note, if your card was purchased at a retail outlet or is part of a company reward / incentive program, you may be directed to them for further assistance.

  6. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN / REFUND POLICY?
    The Go Play Golf gift card, as with most gift cards, is non-refundable once fulfilled or delivered. Our gift cards cannot be returned or sold through other third-party channels. Attempting to do so will void the value of the card.

  7. DOES THE GO PLAY GOLF GIFT CARD EXPIRE?
    No, these gifts cards never expire.

  8. WHERE CAN I SHIP THE GIFT CARD TO?
    Physical Gift Card orders and gift boxes can only be sent to a valid street address within the United States. Please note the USPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes.

  9. HOW LONG DOES IT USUALLY TAKE FOR THE GIFT CARDS TO BE SENT OUT?
    Your order will be mailed within 1 business day from Flagler Beach, FL. The expected delivery date does depend on the shipping method selected and the destination. Please allow the USPS additional delivery time during the holidays.
    • Regular Mail U.S. Post Office – Your Physical Gift Card should arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Tracking number not included.
    • 2 – 3 Days U.S. Priority Mail – Your Physical Gift Card should arrive within 2 to 5 business days. Tracking number included.
    • USPS Overnight (Most Locations) – Your Physical Gift Card should arrive within 1 to 2 business days. Tracking number included.
      • Please note that for all Overnight orders, packages will not be delivered on weekends. All purchased orders after 11:30 AM EST on Thursday will not be delivered until at least Monday of the following week.
  10. WHERE CAN I VIEW THE LIST OF GO PLAY GOLF GIFT CARD COURSES?
    The Go Play Golf gift card can only be used to pay for rounds from one of our two lists:
    • Supreme Golf’s List:
      • You must book a Best Deal tee time to use the full balance of your Go Play Golf gift card towards your round. This option has its own list of courses, and you can view them by clicking View Courses on our website or clicking the direct link here: https://www.goplaygolf.com/CourseListingView.
    • Go Play Golf’s List:
      • To view the Go Play Golf suggested course list, please click Redeem Card at the top of our webpage. Then click Play Public Courses. When asked if you have a tee time, click Yes. Please use the map to search for our courses in your area.
    Please note, some courses are on both lists. Please double check both lists to be sure your course is available to redeem for rounds.

USING YOUR GIFT CARD – FAQ’s

  1. WHAT CAN THE GO PLAY GOLF CARD BE USED FOR?
    The Go Play Golf gift card can be used towards the following:
    • Pay towards Golf Rounds:
      • There are two ways to use the Go Play Golf gift card for rounds:
        • You can book a Best Deal on Supreme Golf and pay using your Go Play Golf card at the time of booking.
        • You can book the tee time yourself and complete a redemption request on our website.
      • Please be sure to check both of our course lists to make sure your course is one of the courses that can accept our payment.
      • Do not take the Go Play Golf gift card to the course.
    • Purchase merchandise on the Worldwide Golf Shops online website.
      • Go Play Golf gift cards can only be used online at Worldwide Golf Shops and are not redeemable in any of their physical store locations.
    • Converted into a Topgolf e-gift card
    • Pay towards Golf Lessons
    • Plan a Golf Vacation (hotels, private homes, golf courses and rental cars available through goplaygolfvacations.com)
    • Converted into a Five Iron e-gift card

  2. HOW TO USE MULTIPLE GO PLAY GOLF GIFT CARDS
    Multiple Go Play Golf gift cards can be used towards a round that you have booked yourself or a lesson. Once you reach the redemption form, you will be given the option to add up to five gift cards to the same redeem. If you have more than five, please complete your redemption request, and reply to the Redemption Receipt e-mail with a picture of the back of each additional card you would like added to your redeem. Please be sure to remove any wavy line stickers from the backs of each of your cards. Removing the sticker will not void your card. Once received, we will add your additional cards to your redemption request.

    All redeems requesting the use of more than two cards will be asked to provide a picture of each of their Go Play Golf gift cards for security purposes. If we do not receive a picture of these additional cards, we cannot guarantee that your round or lesson will be paid.

    Please note, our affiliates (Supreme Golf, Worldwide Golf Shops, & TopGolf) can only accept one Go Play Golf gift card per request / order. To use multiple Go Play Golf gifts cards for a single order / request, you will need to have them consolidated beforehand.

  3. HOW TO CONSOLIDATE YOUR GO PLAY GOLF GIFT CARDS
    If you have multiple Go Play Golf gift cards you would like to use towards Supreme Golf rounds, Worldwide Golf Shops merchandise, or converted to a TopGolf e-gift card, they will need to be consolidated. Please send a clear picture of the back of each Go Play Golf gift card to CustomerService@goplaygolf.com.

    Please be sure to remove any wavy line stickers from the back of your cards, as a portion of your card number or pin number may be underneath. Removing the sticker will not void your card.

    Please note, the maximum amount any one gift card can hold is $2,000.00. If your consolidated cards total more than $2,000.00, the balance will be split between two or more cards.

  4. I DO NOT SEE MY COURSE LISTED. CAN I STILL USE MY GO PLAY GOLF GIFT CARD FOR MY TEE TIME?
    The Go Play Golf gift card can only be used to pay for rounds from one of our two lists:
    • Supreme Golf’s List:
      • You must book a Best Deal tee time to use the full balance of your Go Play Golf gift card towards your round. This option has its own list of courses, and you can view them by clicking View Courses on our website or by clicking the direct link here: https://www.goplaygolf.com/CourseListingView.
    • Go Play Golf’s List:
      • To view the Go Play Golf suggested course list, please click Redeem Card at the top of our webpage. Then click Play Public Courses. When asked if you have a tee time, click Yes. Please use the map to search for courses in your area.
    Please note, some courses are on both lists. Please double check both lists to be sure your course is available to redeem for rounds.

  5. HOW TO USE YOUR GO PLAY GOLF GIFT CARD TO BOOK BEST DEALS THROUGH SUPREME GOLF
    The Go Play Golf gift card can be used to book a Best Deal through Supreme Golf. Please click Redeem Card at the top of the page, followed by Play Public Courses or click the following direct link: https://www.goplaygolf.com/CourseSearchPreQualify. You will then be asked if you have a tee time booked, please click “No”, this will take you to the Supreme Golf Search engine. Please make sure that before you book your tee time, you create an account with Supreme Golf.

    Please leave the Best Deals feature turned ON while searching for a tee time, as the Go Play Golf gift card can ONLY be applied in full towards Best Deals.

    Please also note, even if the Go Play Golf gift card can cover the entire cost of the round, a personal credit card is required before the tee time can be booked. The Go Play Golf gift card will be charged first and any remaining balance, if any, will be covered by the personal credit card.

    During the booking process, please enter your entire Go Play Golf gift card number as one continuous number with no spaces, dashes, or special characters into the gift card dialogue box. Then select Apply Code, click Maximum Amount, and then click Apply Amount. When the gift card has been successfully applied, the amount will turn green.

  6. WHY WAS ONLY A PORTION OF MY GO PLAY GOLF GIFT CARD USED TOWARDS MY ROUND ON SUPREME GOLF?
    The full balance of your Go Play Golf gift card can ONLY be applied towards Best Deals. If your round is not a Best Deal, the Go Play Golf gift card will ONLY be applied towards the booking fee and your personal credit card will be charged for the round.

  7. HOW TO USE YOUR GO PLAY GOLF GIFT CARD TO PAY FOR A BOOKED TEE TIME.
    Please click Redeem Card at the top of the page. Then click on Play Public Courses and you will then be asked if you have a tee time booked, please click “Yes”, this will take you to the Go Play Golf suggested course search engine. Please select your state and type either the entire name of your course or a portion of the course’s name and click search. If the course is on the Go Play Golf suggested list, you will be able to select the course and once selected, you will be taken to the redemption request form. Please complete the form and we will contact the course the day before you are scheduled to play to make a payment on your behalf.

    Please note, the Go Play Golf gift card cannot be used to reimburse a prepaid tee time.

    Please also note, if your Go Play Golf gift card number has a pin, a separate dialogue box labeled “Requires CVV” will appear once you finish typing your card number. Please enter your pin number in this dialogue box.

  8. HOW CAN I CANCEL A REDEMPTION REQUEST FOR ROUND PAYMENT?
    If you booked your own tee time and completed a redemption request on our website, but need to cancel this request, please e-mail us at redeem@goplaygolf.com as soon as possible. We typically contact the pro shop to pay towards your round the day before you are scheduled to play. If we have already purchased a gift certificate for the round, it can be picked up from the pro shop and used towards your next tee time at the course. If we have already prepaid your round, you will need to contact the course directly for their cancellation / refund policy.

    If you booked and paid for your tee time through Supreme Golf, please refer to their policies on tee time cancellations at https://supremegolf.com/faqs. Please note that Best Deals can only be cancelled and refunded in the event of bad weather and course closure, injury, illness, or death. Please contact Supreme Golf directly to cancel a tee time booked through their search engine by e-mailing support@supremegolf.com.

  9. HOW CAN I ADD FUNDS TO MY GIFT CARD?
    If you would like to add funds to a Go Play Golf gift card, please click the Add Funds button in the upper right corner of our website or click the direct link: https://www.goplaygolf.com/AddFund. Please enter your Go Play Golf gift card number with no spaces, dashes, or special characters and the amount you would like to add. Funds can be added using PayPal, Visa, American Express, Master Card, or Discover Card.

  10. HOW DO I CONVERT MY GO PLAY GOLF GIFT CARD INTO A TOPGOLF E-GIFT CARD?
    Your Go Play Golf gift card can be converted into a Topgolf e-gift card by clicking the Topgolf gift card conversion button on the main page and completing a conversion request.

    Please note, the Topgolf e-gift cards are not valid at Topgolf Swing Suites or Toptracer Range Locations. The conversion may take up to 2 business days for you to receive your Topgolf e-card e-mail. Please also be sure to check your Junk, Trash, and Spam folders for the conversion e-mail.

    Please also note, only one Go Play Golf gift card can be converted at a time. If you have multiple gift cards, please e-mail us a picture of the back of each of your Go Play Golf gift cards to CustomerService@goplaygolf.com for consolidation. Please make sure to remove any wavy line stickers from the back of your cards before sending a picture. Removing the sticker does not void your card.

  11. HOW DO I CONVERT MY GO PLAY GOLF GIFT CARD INTO A FIVE IRON E-GIFT CARD?
    Your Go Play Golf gift card can be converted into a Five Iron e-gift card by clicking the Five Iron gift card conversion button on the main redeem page and completing a conversion request. If your Go Play Golf gift card contains a pin number, please be sure to enter that as well on the conversion request page.

    Please note, a Five Iron e-gift card is only valid at Five Iron locations. Five Iron redemptions are processed Monday – Friday (excluding holidays). You will receive your Five Iron e-gift card email directly from Five Iron on the delivery date you have entered/specified or at the earliest next day after request has been approved.

    Please be sure to always check your Junk, Trash, and Spam folders for the conversion e-mail as sometimes it may get routed there.

    Please hold on to your Go Play Golf gift card until your conversion request has been fulfilled and completed and you have successfully received your Five Iron e-gift card.

    Please also note, only one Go Play Golf gift card can be converted at a time. If you have multiple gift cards, please e-mail us a picture of the back of each of your Go Play Golf gift cards to CustomerService@goplaygolf.com for consolidation. Please make sure to remove any wavy line stickers from the back of your cards before sending a picture. Removing the sticker does not void your card.

  12. HOW DO I PURCHASE MERCHANDISE ON WORLDWIDE GOLF SHOPS?
    Your Go Play Golf gift card can be used for merchandise on the Worldwide Golf Shops online store by clicking the black Golf Merchandise button on our main page or by visiting Worldwide Golf Shops’ website directly. Please note, you cannot use your gift card in any of the Worldwide Golf Shops stores or any of their affiliated store locations.

    The Go Play Golf gift card can only be used in the online store at https://www.worldwidegolfshops.com/.

    To use your Go Play Golf gift card on the Worldwide Golf Shops website, please add your items to your cart and proceed to the Payment Screen. Once there, you will be able to select the option Apply Gift Card. Please be sure to select the Go Play Golf option before entering your gift card information. Please enter your Go Play Golf gift card number with no spaces, dashes, or special characters. Once your card code and applicable PIN are entered, make sure to hit apply to add your gift card funds to your order.

    Please note, some Go Play Golf gift cards do have a pin number and you will be required to provide it to complete your order. If your gift card does not have a pin number, the pin field will disappear as soon as you begin typing in your card number.

    Please also note, only one Go Play Golf gift card can be used on the Worldwide Golf Shops’ website per order. If you have multiple Go Play Golf gift cards you would like to use for a single order, please send a picture of the back of each of your cards to CustomerService@goplaygolf.com and we will consolidate them for you. Please make sure to remove any wavy line stickers from the back of your cards before sending a picture. Removing the sticker does not void your card.

  13. CARD BALANCES
    If you would like to check the balance of your Go Play Golf gift card, please click the Check Balance option at the top of the webpage or use the following direct link: https://www.goplaygolf.com/CheckCardBalance.

    Please note, only the newer Go Play Golf gift cards with pin numbers can be checked this way. If you have an older card that does not have a pin number, please send a picture of the back of your card to CustomerService@goplaygolf.com and we will provide you with the balance of your card. Please be sure to remove any wavy line stickers from the back of your card. Removing the sticker does not void your card.

    Please also note, the Go Play Golf gift card number is not on the back of the cardboard hanging display piece. The plastic card will need to be removed from the display piece, as the card number will be on the back of the physical plastic card.

  14. HOW CAN I USE MY GO PLAY GOLF GIFT CARD FOR LESSONS?
    Your Go Play Golf gift card can be redeemed for lessons by clicking the Golf Lessons button on our main page. Once you have booked your lesson, please complete the lesson redemption request with all your lesson details and the pro’s contact information. We will contact the pro directly regarding payment options.

    If you would like to search for pros in your area, please click the Find a Pro button and you will be taken to the PGA Directory or the LPGA Directory where you can search for available teaching pros. If you cannot locate the pro you would like to schedule a lesson with, please complete the redemption request with their information, and we will contact them to see if they are willing to accept our payment.

    Please note, once the lesson request has been completed, you will receive an e-mail confirming your submission. Please check your Junk, Trash, and Spam folders for the e-mail. Once the lesson has been paid for, you will receive a second e-mail from one of our customer service representatives.

  15. RETURN / REFUND POLICY
    The Go Play Golf gift card, as with most gift cards, is non-refundable once fulfilled or delivered.

  16. REGIFTING
    The Go Play Golf gift card can be regifted to a new owner. Please e-mail CustomerService@goplaygolf.com to provide us with the information of the new owner and we will update our records. Please note, we at Go Play Golf do not allow our cards to be resold on third-party websites and any resold cards will be voided.

  17. UNIFIED CARD NUMBER INSTRUCTIONS
    Newer Gift Cards:
    • The Go Play Golf gift card number is located on the back of the plastic card. Look for a nineteen (19) digit number beginning with 6006 followed by a four (4) digit pin number.
    • The card number or the pin may be fully or partially covered by a wavy line sticker. Please remove the sticker before attempting to redeem your gift card. Removing the sticker does not void your card.
    • Please enter the full card number as a continuous number, with no spaces, dashes, or special characters.
    Older Gift Cards:
    • The Go Play Golf gift card number is located on the back of the plastic card.
    • Some of our older cards will be a nineteen (19) digit number beginning with 6033 and some of our older cards begin with four (4) 0’s in a row.
    • Some of our older cards will have a four (4) digit pin number
    • The card number or the pin may be fully or partially covered by a wavy line sticker. Please remove the sticker before attempting to redeem your gift card. Removing the sticker does not void your card.
    • Please enter the full card number including the four 0’s (if applicable) as a continuous number, with no spaces, dashes, or special characters.
